Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM is a long term annually renewable, US style major medical insurance plan designed to provide worldwide coverage to missionaries and their families.

Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM provides access to medical care worldwide including the United States. In the United States, Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM policy holders will enjoy a reduction in deductible and waiver of coinsurance in IMG's Preferred Provider Network of over 325,000 doctors and 3,500 hospitals.

Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM is available to Non-US citizens and their families of all nationalities. Non-US citizens may reside anywhere including their home country, although certain eligibility requirements may apply to non-US citizens permanently residing in the US.

Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM is available to US Citizens. US Citizens must leave the US on their effective date and plan to reside abroad for at least six months.

You also have the option of adding Global Term Life Insurance and Global Daily Indemnity to your Global Mission Medical Insurance coverage.

Global Term Life Insurance^SM

• Global Term Life Insurance provides protection for your family at the time of a traumatic loss and is available with no additional underwriting. This coverage is available for a standard annual premium of $240 and includes an Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit.

• Global Daily Indemnity pays you US$100 for each covered overnight hospital stay other than those related to pregnancy.

Lifetime Eligibility

Individuals on the Global Medical Insurance plan by their 65th birthday and maintaining continuous coverage to age 75 are eligible for IMG's Global Senior Plan^SM.

IMPORTANT: In order to qualify for Global Mission Medical Insurance^SM, citizens of the United States must intend to reside outside of the United States 6 months of the year. Your requested effective date must not be before the date of your departure and your application must not be submitted before 30 days of your impending departure date.
